I have noticed that my lungs hurt when I make any sudden physical movements like getting off the couch and walking in the other room. My lungs hurt just like I was outside sucking down cold air but I am inside where it is warm. The hurting lasts for a few minutes and scares the crap out of me. When I quit the Celebrex the hurting goes away.

I have been using Gymnema as part of a herbal tablet (along with chromium, B12, Glucomannan, etc) for a few months and took it twice per day. It gave me better numbers but not as good as I would like, and some consistency in my readings. Recently I changed to a capsule - hard as heck to swallow - that is a higher dosage. Loestrin has been effective for me. My periods are much less painful and occur less than they used to (2-3 days every month). I don't bleed hardly at all and cramps are minimal. Also, I've lost weight on Loestrin and I generally feel better.

I have only been taking Aviane for a little over a month, since taking the pill I have experienced nothing but anger, acne and what seems to be my period for a steady 3 weeks... I would not recommend this pill what so ever to anyone.
